Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Just needed something fine for this Wednesday night to think on. Still very youthful, wish I would have looked at my previous note before diggin into is, but...oh well. On the nose, black olive, raspberry and white pepper. Benefits from a couple hours of air. Lots of charm and punch. Palate gets into a fresh cracked black pepper realm. Went great with my Moraccan stew.
