Friday, January 13, 2017 - Medium ruby. Initially, aromas were high toned, with strawberry and orange peel. After a half hour in the glass, some notes of earth emerged. Bright and tart with medium body. i have liked prior vintages, but the harmony and refinement here were at a different level. A lovely wine and a great value.
