Saturday, July 23, 2022 - Fine. Really fine. Mid ruby, some browning to rim. Plenty of dark fruits, black cherry and blackberry. Some slightly grainy tannins still around. Sous-boils developing. Good acidity, decent length. Good to drink now but I think this has more to develop into.
