Monday, May 21, 2012 - Opened 1.5 hours prior to dinner (grilled mahi-mahi tacos). Dark cherry / cranberry/ earthy nose - more Burgundy than USA. On palate, very bright morello cherry flavor profile - gained weight with air time and high acids and medium length finish. Needs time. 91+
