Tuesday, May 6, 2014 - Very floral and vanilla on opening. Tight tannin and acidity.

Opened the wine by double decanting.

Eucalyptus flower, vanilla/milky hints, black peppery, mint, hint of tobacco/earth/leather,

clear tannin and acidity but not obstructing

Spicy, a touch of fennel
