Friday, June 7, 2019 - At GW Fins in New Orleans with Estie and Danny. Medium yellow in color. Lemon zest and apple on the nose. Pears and citrus in the mouth with a tad vanilla and butterscotch, along with a stone nuance. Full bodied, well balanced with nice acidity. Good finish. It went well with all ll of our seafood.
