Thursday, November 28, 2013 - Well, I could not keep my hands of these. Very pale yellow in color. After about an hour in the glass the wine reveals superb aromas of ripe lemons, just underripe peaches, toasted sesame and minerals (very Puligny!!). A very viscous palate follows with sweet-tart peaches, lemon curd and serious mid palate sap on a steely and mineral backbone. Just superb, and oh, what a value for the money. Now that Lettie Teague has written ecstatically about these wines, I doubt the wines are a value any more. Oh well...
