Sunday, December 30, 2012 - Crispy caramel apple on the nose with brioche undertones. Lasting effervescence and med-full bodied. Lots of toastiness on the mouth rounded out by a hint of sweetness. Higher dosage than what I'm use to (I prefer nature brut), but found it quite enjoyable at such a good price point.
