Saturday, March 28, 2015 - HDH Burgundy Auction (Chicago, IL): Very ripe and big. Showing tons of oak. Ripe, fleshy, and a lot of ripe fruit on the palate. There is a lot of oak on the palate as well. Very, very young; I don't know how the oak will integrate. This needs many, many years, to be sure.
