Sunday, April 3, 2011 - I don't know how Paul Draper zins manage to live for 35 years and age so gracefully. It is a beautiful, haunting aroma of decayed leaves, mushrooms and undergrowth. My sommelier friend took it for a mature northern Rhone! Incredibly complex and velvety, with a long and balanced finish. Great wine, probably my last bottle forever, such a rare gem!
