Sunday, December 5, 2021 - Out of a magnum, this wine has all the green attributes of a well aged French wine made for patient folks, intertwined with lots of cedar and pauillac like combination of graphite and unsmoked cigar tobacco. The bell pepper and the grip of the wine from the freshness of the magnum make you think first growth from a bad year…but the mid palate says no, and then the grip comes back and says, take another sip. Very fun to drink. Then you think, maybe a Loire Cabernet franc. Then you take another sip and realize you still don’t know shit about wine….DRINK
