Sunday, October 20, 2013 - LI Blind, Chadwicks: (alongside '11 Gonon VdP with mushroom duxelles pâté) finished next day. Once again, strawberry colored to match its principal flavor. Demure on its own, it perked up nicely with the pâté. Next day, just a lovely expression of Schiava.
