Slightly, agreeable peppery and herbaceous, with light complexity and depth. With 12,5% an agreeable amount of alcohol. At the second day despite the use of the vacu-vin-system to sour for enjoying this pleasant, vivid wine that perhaps may benefit from some cellaring, for example for gaining length and depth. 88-89.
