Tuesday, February 27, 2007 - This wine although well made, is a bit to grassy for my liking, although I am a firm believer that Sauvignon Blanc without Semillon, is too naked. They are made for each other. Most of the Sauvignon Blancs that I drink call out: Semillon! Semillon! Where art thou!
