1/2/2013 9:39:00 PM - Do you tend to like more classic, long lived Cali cabs? I'm scared to open mine right now...fearing that they're rather tart at this point in their development. I figured these wouldn't be ready to drink for another 5 years and would probably drink well through 2030! Should I adjust?
