Wednesday, November 5, 2014 - Key point...DECANT!!!!! PnP gives a mess of earthy mush with nothing interesting. I was disappointed. Let air and this one opened like a butterfly from a cocoon. Warm dark berries and cherries sprung out of nowhere with a delightful little spice finish. This just kept getting better and better. Next day it was even nicer (gassed it a bit overnight). Worked with pork and veggies very nicely. Maybe it will open up with age but until this take it out for a walk an hour and a half or so before you want to enjoy.
