Wednesday, August 26, 2015 - A nice, well priced Chianti. A savoury nose of red currant, red plums, mushroom beef stew, tobacco and some earth. In the mouth, red cherries, red currants, underbrush, tobacco and soil. Good weight and decent acidity. Finishes a little rustic and drying. Give this 2-3 hours air, minimum. Drinking well now, I'd expect it to drink like this for 5-8+ years.
