Thursday, December 27, 2018 - At ten years of age this is the best bottle I've had of this wine. Darker than a typical Monsanto, with a big aromatic profile of dark, sweet fruits, black pepper and rosemary; firm acid backbone; big, silky tannins; excellent balance; long finish with dry mineral notes and a hint of residual sweetness. Drink to 2030.
