Friday, May 13, 2022 - This bottle is drinking very young. Just a hint of mature earth, leather. A touch hot, with some moderate bitter notes. Overall this was drinking well. Tannins were sticking out a bit much and were pretty drying. This was best after about 3 hours open. No rush to open this.
