Wednesday, November 23, 2016 - Clear, deep-ruby color. Secondary/primary aromas of blackberry pie, garrigue, iron and mesquite smoke. On the palate, showing tight black fruit & fig, sweet & savory spices, black tea and earth. Medium acidity, with a silky and fleshy mid-palate, finishing with smooth & round tannins, and lengthy spice notes. At the beginning of its drinking window- drink now with long decant or hold.
