Saturday, December 12, 2015 - Minty, garrigue, floral, developed. I was looking for a wine with some bottle development and this was a home run. Everything you would want from a Southern Rhone, good acid balance, lightness with a nice tannin grip, a long spicy finish, excellent with braised short ribs and sherry infused mushrooms. The only drawback as this was their only bottle.
