Friday, April 10, 2020 - Finally starting to enter its ideal drinking window. I consumed my other too soon. A dense wine where the Mourvedre and Syrah provide extra power and bring on the near tarry black fruits to layer over the Grenache red fruits which break through after mid palate. Still a relatively young wine with likely another 5+ years of peak drinking behind it and during which we might get some more nuanced notes.
