Wednesday, June 10, 2020 - Wine Group Dinner #174, Harveys Restaurant, Brisbane. Cult Wines of the World (Harvey's Restaurant, James St, Fortitude Valley): Wine Group Dinner #174, Harveys Restaurant, Brisbane. This wine has a deep dark raspberry colour and an explosively rich nose of black raspberries, blueberries, cherry, myrtle pastilles and lavender. The palate is viscous and richly flavoured with a velvet texture and yet a soft and persistent finish that leaves no sense of heaviness after that first attack of rich and varied fruits. Impressive.
