Saturday, October 28, 2017 - PnP thru Vinturi. Lots of red fruit, esp. dried cherries, on the nose. The wine evolved past an initial tartness as it took on bottle air, but it was still lacking in depth, surprising for a Patrick Lesec cuvee. I will probably do a 2-hr decant for the next one.
