Tuesday, February 19, 2013 - non blind. initially served too cold - right out of the ice bath. no way to evaluate at that time. after warming significantly, this really opened up. floral and gourd-like fruit that really showed thru on the nose and palate. nice and viscous on the palate with really nice mouthfeel. finishes with some lemon oil and honeysuckle. i think needs some time to come around a bit more and will be better.
