Friday, May 17, 2013 - Chicago Berserkerfest Dinner (Blue Star Bistro - Chicago IL): I almost always find SQN whites better after a year+ in cellar. This came across tonight as really over-the-top and slightly unbalanced, despite clearly exceptional fruit quality and concentration. Better in 2014-2015 I imagine.
