There really isn’t much, it’s very concentrated, viscous on the palate, showing hints of roussanne and chardonnay (I didn't get much viognier like others). Long finish. I found it rather tiring though and hard to finish my half glass. Not sure what I would pair with this, but it would need to be rather rich fair.
