Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Medium ruby with a touch of garnet around the edges. Pronounced aromas of herbs and dark cherry. Wonderful sweet cherries with a savoury note on the palate. Medium acidity with subtle resolved tannins. A lovely freshness made this so drinkable. Still has more to reveal i think. Will try another next year.
