Wednesday, October 5, 2022 - Oh my goodness, this was so exceptional! I love when Cos shows its black fruit, green and ripe tobacco, earth and soil tones, combined with what I can only call elegance from 1985. This was such a terrific wine, and the reason to buy, and save wines to drink much later in their lives! I’m reminded when I drink this wine of river rocks, reminiscent of Graves, and lovely spice more than you would think of the Christmas/bakery type. This wine drinks so easily get it has plenty of backbone. It prompted me to order four more bottles that I found in Europe, I found mine forever. I hope the provenance is as good…
