Wednesday, December 17, 2008 - Oinofiloi Holiday Tasting. Deep red, browing rim. Nose full of tobacco, grass, soil, burnt caramel, bitter chocolate, minerals. Light-medium body. Perfect tannins but acidity still bright. Peppery palate offset by a sweet edge.. Lovely, straightfoward, understated Left Bank power.
