Monday, October 12, 2015 - Chateau Cos d'Estournel Dinner (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Very pleasant. Nicely mature with balanced aromas of black fruit, spice, earth. I find this somewhat one-dimensional on palate, consistent with previous bottles, and don't exactly understand why others seem to enjoy this a lot more.
