Thursday, September 29, 2016 - JB @ Cabotte (Cabotte): Sweet and cedary nose. Very St Julien, but more clay and mineral grip on the palate that points to St Estephe. Middle-aged, quite trad with a little herbal edge. 85 or 78? Yup, all makes sense when revealed. Lovely trad claret. ****
