Thursday, July 2, 2020 - Fully mature. Brick color. Quintessential tertiary Bordeaux flavors. Lots of mushrooms, smoke and earth all kept in balance by sufficient acidity. The Cabernet shines through in this wine, giving it a robust profile. Superfine tannins keep it all together. Delicious.
