Thursday, October 29, 2020 - A proper bottle, finally, exhibiting all the nuance, charm and depth of the vintage. Previous bottles (from the same case) have been a little underwhelming but this reminded me why ‘85 was the vintage of Cos that I preferred at a Kevin Zraly tasting of the chateau many years ago.
