Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - From a perfect bottle held since release. This bottle was all closed up (I think my storage is too cold!) we had a glass and decided to wait 24 hours (lightly corked) which was the right call. After a day it was just delicious, almost tasted a little sweet. Long finish, perfect balance, beautiful in every way. Love Cos, at its best, like this.
