Sunday, August 21, 2022 - Dark more black than the ruby at rim. Restrained nose of earthy stuff - gravel and organic soil notes - eclipsed by domineering cocoa and espresso impressions. Thick rich dense concentrated and lengthy palate- tannins remain lively in presence but not abundant. Nice bitter moka finish.
