Thursday, May 4, 2017 - Gorgeous brownish-blood hue. Nose of cotton candy, red apple skin, plastic pool toy, young violet, eucalyptus, more minerals than earth. Palate is intense: tart berry fruits, fruit snacks, more earth than minerals. Tannins still throwing their weight around but I'm not complaining..

Beautiful, pure, balanced nebbiolo. Very complex.
