Sunday, August 13, 2023 - Tasted blind, this wine had a deep red center with puce rims. The medium+ intensity nose generated black cherry, mineral, pomegranate, pepper, and roasted herb notes.

In the mouth, this wine was rich and ripe with substantial rounded tannin, good acidity, and great length.

Despite its drama, this wine still seems a touch young. Expect another point or so of improvement over the next 5 years.
