Wednesday, February 8, 2012 - Drank over 3 nights. On the first, I played some Parliament to accompany the serious funk in this wine. By the third night the funk had been replaced with bold, muscular notes of meat juice, black cherry and leather. Less George Clinton, more Deep Purple. Impressive wine for the price. Would buy again, and either store for a few years or decant for a few hours.
