Thursday, December 24, 2015 - Decanted for half an hour then drank over 2 hours. Opened nicely from the start, and was drinking well, but not terribly memorable for the first hour or so. Then the secondary notes started coming out - herbs, mint and spice. That's when I got interested, and it turned quite lovely for the remainder of the bottle. Please decant and let it sit for an hour or more to really get the most out of this one!
