Friday, December 25, 2020 - Honey gold color. On the nose: Apricot, brown sugar and some lime. On the palate: Apricot, brown sugar, tart Tatine. God this is good. I bought 2 bottles 5 years ago and it’s Christmas so time to try. What a good idea that was. I really appreciate sweet wines but don’t often drink. I’ve never had a Vin de Paille Hermitage before. Put this style on your list. It’s fabulous.
