Thursday, June 19, 2014 - The prettiest nose here to greet the discerning fan of aromatics, showing delicately layered floral notes, ripe strawberries and a well landed barnyard punch delivered with no small potency direct to the gutbucket. The palate is less challenging but does at least possess a reassuring manly quality, coarsely offsetting with a brazen chorizo insertion the somewhat androgynous nostril slop available to the committed sniffer. Best served at room temperature, like a freshly picked scab.
