Saturday, October 11, 2014 - Guigal St. Joseph & C. D'aumpuis Tasting (Knightsbridge Wine Shop (Northbrook, IL)): Darker raspberry, light coffee and mocha. Lots of minerals. Lots of chalky texture on palate. Rustic and tannic. Great length and structure. Very young.
