Monday, March 25, 2013 - Like the Cent-Vignes, light red color and body with notes of red fruits and minerals. This one also took two hours (or longer) to open up, and the problem was not weight but disjointedness; it seemed unintegrated with the oak more prominent than it should be. But after two hours it began to come together, the oak was absorbed, and it made for a crisp, robust drink, though it still had some rough edges.
