Saturday, April 23, 2022 - Bouquet is cherry and oak (woodsy). Flavours start with cherry and plum, also taste vanilla and some floral undertones. Pepper/spice comes through at the end. Despite the age, the flavours are very pronounced and fruit is still strong. Tannins are quite soft. A very nice bottle.
