Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Very nice brunello especially considering the price. Bouquet of ripe cherries, thyme, herbs, bark, wet soil, cedar, slate. Tannins are relatively strong but very mellow compared to a young brunello or Barolo. Good with food and somewhat harsh without. Lacks some elegance. Garnet with bricking edges. All in all a good brunello.
