Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - Vinturi aerated with a one hour decant. Cedar, mushroom and earthy nose. Medium body, tannins slightly drying but pleasing and integrated. Blackberry fruit dominates with some vegetal notes. Med long finish. The wine continued to soften in the glass. A delicious wine significantly improved from my last bottle July/18.
