Saturday, May 16, 2009 - Popped the cork, and let breath for 4 hours. Earth, deep cherry on the nose. A high octane pinot noir that was tasty and went well w/the surf and turf (grilled shrimp and NY strip steaks). An excellent central Calif. take on the varietal. After 3 hours this wine was continueing to improve and evolve. The peanut gallery liked it a lot.
