Sunday, September 22, 2013 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. This needs more air time, opened at ~2hours. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, red cherry, cedar and spice. Raspberry and blackberry, a touch of vanilla and smooth tannins lead to a long finish. Medium bodied and well balanced. A pretty wine that will reward patience. Paired with filet and red pepper sauce.
