Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 30 minutes. Aromas of raspberry, red cherry, black tea and forest floor. Black cherry, blackberry, underbrush and mineral lead to a medium to long, soft, dry finish. Medium bodied. Paired with grilled pork chops.
